GRAMMAR NOTES:
(1) SIMPLE SUBJECTS ARE NOUNS OR PRONOUNS THAT TELL WHAT OR WHO THE SENTENCE IS ABOUT. FOR FOURTH GRADE PURPOSES SIMPLE SUBJECTS ARE USUALLY IN THE FRONT OF THE SENTENCE.
